At Sai Shawls, we take great pride in crafting handwoven shawls with love, tradition, and care. Since our products are artisanal and handcrafted, we follow a strict returns and refund policy to maintain quality and fairness.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • You received a wrong item (different from what you ordered).

Please note:

  • Minor variations in color, weave, or texture are natural in handcrafted products and will not be considered defects.
  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Return Process
  • Customers must raise a return request within 3 days of delivery by emailing us at support@saishawls.com with order details and pictures of the product.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Once approved, our team will guide you on how to ship the product back.

3. Refunds
  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original mode of payment.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the product delivered was wrong or defective.

4. Exchanges
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

5. Non-Returnable Items
  • Gift cards, sale items, and customized orders are not eligible for return or refund.
